This is an interactive, health-awareness learning experience built with game elements. In India, grandmothers are known to possess a treasure trove of remedies known to cure almost anything. This experience revolves around improving the health of Nana’s granddaughter, "Maru," using Nana’s remedies. The module is based on both conceptual and procedural knowledge. There are three stages: Remedies, Shopping for ingredients, and lastly, the Quest to heal Maru. This experience uses some game elements, viz., timer, rolling dice, board game format quiz, etc., to engage and motivate the audience. It also uses the strategy of repetition to reinforce the knowledge gained in the first stage.
This project is aimed at enabling learners to cure common ailments and improve their health naturally with ingredients available in their kitchens. The methods mentioned in the project are backed by the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda and are commonly known in Indian households. These methods eliminate the fear of the long-term and short-term side effects of some allopathic medicines.

In just a month and a half, I led the instructional design process for a long-awaited three-year project at Xactly Corp. I received training on Xactly's Incent platform, created storyboards for In-App guides, and collaborated with subject matter experts and the product team to develop content. I also generated media assets, including annotated screen captures made with Canva and voice-over screen recordings using Camtasia. I rapidly grasped the new tool, Pendo, through tutorials and collaboration, designing the guides in designer mode. Lastly, I set up the resource center and deployed these in-app guides in Xactly's training and production environments, ensuring precise targeting for optimal results.
Tools: Pendo, Camtasia, Canva, Google Workspace.
Highlights: End-to-end instructional design executed in this project.
I developed this on-demand course, "Payroll and Monthly Processing," for Xactly Corp using Articulate Rise and Vyond. The course features the character "Ashley Brown" to elevate learner engagement and employs a structured roadmap with strategically integrated milestones, enhancing overall engagement and improving learning outcomes. Notably, this course serves as a template for all on-demand courses offered at Xactly University.
Tools: Vyond, Articulate Rise.
Highlights: Gamification elements like fictional character, roadmap, milestones, animated GIFs.
