 1. Best Proposal at Corporate Advisory Council 2023

Bloomsburg University annually convenes its Corporate Advisory Council (CAC). In my capacity as a Project Manager, I led my team in presenting a comprehensive solution to an audience of over 50 professionals. Our efforts were not only acknowledged but also recognized with victories in all four categories: Best Proposal, Presentation, Video, and Prototype.

2. Best Student Project Award at DemoFest, DevLearn 2022

Recipient of the Best Student Project Award at DemoFest, DevLearn 2022, hosted by the eLearning Guild in Las Vegas. My project "Nana’s Remedies," an interactive health-awareness learning experience incorporating game elements and crafted with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Illustrator, secured the top spot through peer voting. Additionally, I served as a panelist at the Learning Guild Best of DemoFest 2022 Webinar, presenting "Nana’s Remedies" to an audience of over 450 attendees, sharing valuable insights into the creation process and the project's purpose, and receiving positive acclaim from the audience.

The BloomU student marketing team interviewed me and featured my DemoFest '22 win on Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania's MSIDT program webpage.

4. Front Runner Award at Xactly Corp.

At Xactly Corp, I was recognized for transforming a three-year-old project into reality by creating impactful in-app guides for Xactly's proprietary platform, Incent, and designing an engaging "Payroll and Monthly Processing" course featuring the character Ashley Brown. These accomplishments, achieved through collaboration and technical mastery, reflect my commitment to excellence and innovation.

5. Co-Founder of Happyhearts, Teach for India (TFI)

Happyhearts was my brainchild and passion project at Teach for India. Co-founding this art initiative, our goal was to contribute positively to the holistic development of over 500 children in Pune's underprivileged communities. My role included leading workshops, learning circles, and the volunteer program at Happyhearts. Additionally, I served as a mentor to the student team that showcased their work at the National Summit of the Kids Education Revolution in 2018.
