Where am I at?
I am a Learning Experience Designer based in California, equipped with a master’s degree in instructional design and technology. With 10 years of experience, my expertise encompasses instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and visual communication. I am adept in Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate (both New and Classic), Camtasia, and Vyond.
Additionally, I have successfully earned two Post Baccalaureate Certificates - eLearning Specialist and Instructional Game Design. Currently, I serve as a Senior Instructional Designer at Inogen, USA. I am open to part-time projects to further apply and expand my expertise. It's worth mentioning that I hold a valid H4 (Dependent visa) and H4-EAD (Employment Authorization Document).

I professionally design and code to develop engaging, human-centric learning experiences. At heart, I am an artist, educator and visual storyteller. I am passionate about communicating intricate ideas and information effectively with the help of simple, yet compelling visuals and content.
Where do I come from?
Over the last 10 years, I have driven employee training, learning and development programs, talent acquisition, employee engagement, internal communication and employer brand positioning campaigns across organizations in the profit and non-profit sectors.
In my career, I have been a teacher, mentor, and friend to over 500 kids living in the underprivileged communities of Pune city in India and co-founded and led a visual arts and handicrafts program for the empowerment of kids and other members of the same communities.
What are my other interests?
My passion for art fuels my interest in the field of design. On weekends, I religiously paint, sketch or explore new forms of art. I also enjoy photography and make sure to capture frames while I go hiking or traveling.
